Membership Updates - September 2026
Dear valued members of the LTRI,
As someone familiar with Lessac Kinesensics, you know that the focus of the approach is not just “what” we do but how we do what we do. What is the inclination towards each and every experience? Playfulness, curiosity, joy, ease.
In my part of the world - the northern hemisphere, I’m meeting and greeting the season of “back to school” time! I’m grateful to have had a few glorious summer months to reflect, recharge, and refocus my energies. During these months, I’ve encouraged myself to return moment to moment to the how of each moment, so that I may maintain more of my life energy. As I radiantly anticipate the start of a new school year, my personal intention is orient towards a felt sense of ease in all I do, and I know that Lessac Keinesensics has given me tools that are immediate, simple, and effective to help me locate that necessary ease.
Please take note of all of the opportunities and resources happening with the Lessac Institute that may help facilitate all that you hope to experience in the upcoming months!

Designed for performers, movers, somatic wellness practitioners, and curious creators, this intensive offers an immersive, holistic approach to bodyvoice and movement training rooted in the evolution of Kinesensics. Through guided somatic exploration, you’ll build practical, lifelong skills to free your voice, ground your body, and tap into a more dynamic, effortless presence. Facilitator Training will also be offered during this workshop.

We are thrilled to announce that the Lessac U.S. Intensive Workshop will return to Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, next summer, as a 3-week tiered program!
This intensive workshop offers a holistic immersion in Kinesensic bodyvoice and movement training, rooted in the evolution of Kinesensics. It has been designed to serve movement and voice artists, pedagogues and students, somatic practitioners and curious creators. This workshop is for you!

LTRI PRESENCE AT THE VASTA CONFERENCE

This year’s VASTA Conference is right around the corner and the LTRI is showing up big! In fact, 22 LTRI Members are presenting across the event.
There are multiple ways to attend to fit most schedules and budgets—including a Hybrid Day on October 17 featuring seven LTRI presentations available online. Non-VASTA members are welcome to register! Plus, if you are a Certified Trainer, attending presentation sessions counts toward your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours.
