Focus on Tonal NRG: Review, Refresh, Restore

Most of us are familiar with the sound of our voices, but how familiar are you with the FEEL of your voice? Your tone.

After their first breath, newborn babies experience tone for the first time through their cries. Tone is a palpable sensation that can be played with, adjusted, and moved around by paying attention to the vibrations of the bones in your face and neck. It can be directed towards optimal healthy vocal production—which we’ll experience with the ybuzz, +ybuzz, and the Call Focus.

As we playfully engage with these vibrations, we may experience benefits such as lower blood pressure, lower heart rate, reduced anxiety, greater focus, emotional grounding, and even a sense of joy or peace.

Join Master Teacher Deb Kinghorn for this 90-Minute workshop aimed at increasing our awareness of Tonal Energy, or vocal vibration, as a means towards general vocal health and body well-being.

Sliding-Scale Fee Structure:

To ensure access to our offerings are equitable and to accommodate global exchange rates, we encourage you to choose a payment that is comfortable for you. For those inside the U.S. the suggested rate for this event is $50. All levels are welcome.
