Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
Lessac Training and Research Institute (LTRI) reserves the right to refuse/cancel registrations for events, workshops, and conferences. If LTRI refuses a registration prior to the event, registrants will be offered a refund.
Event Cancellation by LTRI
LTRI reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If LTRI cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for registration fees for all LTRI events is 30 days prior to an event. Registrants who cancel prior to 30 days, will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event for the following year. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be issued by check.
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, all registration fees must be paid in advance of an event. On-site registrants are subject to an additional administrative fee.
Unless specially stated on registration materials, no refunds will be given for participants who leave an event or workshop prior to the completion of said event.
These above policies apply to all LTRI events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
